Dimple Dell Family Session | Lunardelli Family
This cute family won their session through one of my Instagram giveaway! I was so excited to meet them and capture some great images for them. Due to Utah’s crazy weather we had to reschedule once and almost had to change the day of the session again due to wind and rain, however we decided to go ahead and meet. Luckily, we were able to get most of the session done before it started to rain and the wind picked up. They were all troopers as we dealt with the crazy weather and I’m so glad we were able to get some wonderful images at this Dimple Dell family session.
Dimple Dell Trailhead in Sandy is a great place for a photo session. There is a large open field with the setting sun on one side and a large mountain range on the other. It’s a spot that feels remote and spacious while being only a few minutes away from the freeway. I had never shot here before so I was excited to explore the area. With it being a little stormy we did have some great cloud cover which allowed us to shoot East toward the mountains. We were able to get a greater variety of backgrounds because of this which was great!
